Your next pull starts here. The raid toolkit for World of Warcraft guilds

Raid planners, Discord sign-ups, MRT notes, WarcraftLogs imports and attendance: your guild's raid night, all in one place.

Ditch the spreadsheet, plan your raids here.

No more roster copied by hand, no more “who’s coming Thursday?” lost in Discord. The raid planner sorts sign-ups by role on its own.

Drag the bar: the same raid night, before and with Vantus.

Built-in Discord BOT.

Your planners and compositions land on your Discord server. Your players sign up for the raid in one click, without leaving Discord.

Your MRT note, filled in automatically.

Vantus places your composition's cooldowns on the boss timeline. Adjust by hand, and the note pastes into the Method Raid Tools addon as is.

  • Auto-fill from your composition
  • Note templates: your own, imported or shared
  • Your comp's cooldowns, sorted by type
  • Copy the note, paste it into Method Raid Tools

Your WarcraftLogs reports, imported on their own.

Link your WarcraftLogs guild once: every new log is imported on its own. The next day, the raid night is ready to review, and you follow each player’s performance from one night to the next.

  • Automatic import of the guild's logs
  • Manual import of a report from its URL
  • Duplicates spotted and set aside
  • Raid night recap, pull by pull
  • Per-player performance tracking: parses, optimization, deaths
Explore the WarcraftLogs guild tracker

Raid attendance, counted for you.

Every planner feeds the attendance stats. You see who shows up, who sits on the bench and who never answers (ghosting), without keeping a register.

  • Presence, bench and absence per player
  • Ghosting: planners left unanswered
  • Each member's raid history

Frequently asked questions

Is Vantus free?

Yes, for now: everything is free during the beta. Vantus will then move to a freemium model, with a free tier. During the beta, creating a guild requires access, which you can request on the Discord server.

Do I need a Discord account?

Yes: you log in with your Discord account, no password to create. It is also what lets players sign up for raids straight from the guild server.

Which versions of World of Warcraft are supported?

Vantus supports Retail, Classic, Classic Era, Anniversary and Forever.

How do I add the Discord bot to my server?

In your guild settings on Vantus, Discord section: invite the bot to your server, then pick the channel for raids. It takes about a minute.

Does the Discord bot read our messages?

No. The bot reads no messages, moderates nothing and has no access to private messages. It posts and updates its own messages, that is all. You can remove it at any time.

Do I need to install an addon?

No. Only the MRT note goes through an addon: it pastes as is into Method Raid Tools, which your raid most likely already uses.

How do WarcraftLogs logs get into Vantus?

Link your WarcraftLogs guild: every new log is imported automatically, with duplicates set aside. You can also import a report by hand from its URL. A private or anonymised report cannot be read.

Is Vantus an official Blizzard tool?

No. Vantus is an independent community tool, neither affiliated with nor endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment.
