Q: Who should take the Premium plan?

The guild owner. The plan applies to the whole guild: officers and members benefit without doing anything.

Q: What happens during the beta?

Beta testers get Premium 1 for free for the whole beta: every feature, on one guild.

Q: Can I be a member of several guilds on the free plan?

Yes. The limit only applies to guilds you own; you can join as many guilds as you like as a member or officer.

A plan is taken on the guild owner’s account: every member of the guild benefits. A player never pays.

One plan per guild, not per player
The plan is taken on the guild owner’s account. Every member benefits: a player never pays to sign up.
Your data stays yours
On the free plan, performance and attendance older than 30 days are hidden, not deleted. They come back as soon as you go Premium.
Nothing disappears if you stop
A guild beyond the limit becomes read-only. An MRT note already attached to a raid stays viewable and copyable.
