Your guild’s WarcraftLogs, player by player.

Link your WarcraftLogs guild once: every new log arrives on its own, with no duplicates. The next day, the raid night reads pull by pull, and each player gets a performance sheet.

The Performances page: the WarcraftLogs guild is linked, a log imports, then the raid night recap opens, pull by pull, with each player’s interrupts, dispels and consumables.

How logs get into Vantus

  1. Link the guild

Paste your guild URL from WarcraftLogs. Vantus checks for new logs, more often on raid nights.

  2. Logs import

Every public log is imported, duplicates are spotted and set aside. A report can also be imported by hand from its URL.

  3. Review and compare

Raid night recap, per-player view, individual sheet: parses, optimization score, deaths and consumables.

One table, the whole guild.

The Players view lines up every raider: logs, pulls, kills, deaths, an optimization score out of 10 and parses in WarcraftLogs colors. Over 30 days, 90 days or all time.

  • Average and best parse
  • Optimization score: enchants, flask, potions, food
  • Everyone’s pulls, kills and deaths
  • A sheet per player, night by night

Every name, attached to the right player.

A character seen in the logs but unknown to the guild lands in To review. Vantus suggests the right player from the name and class; a pug or a guest is ignored in one click.

  • Suggestions from name and class
  • Pugs and guests left out of the stats
  • A night’s duplicate log set aside, not counted
  • Raid night recap to post on Discord

Your logs, read for the whole guild

WarcraftLogs tells you everything about one fight. What it doesn’t do is follow your guild week after week: who always dies first, who skips their flask, whose parses are climbing.

Link your guild once. Outside Retail, Vantus looks for new public reports on its own, more often on raid nights; on Retail, you paste the report URL. When two players log the same night, the duplicate is spotted and not counted. Every character seen in the logs is matched to a player of the guild, with suggestions from the name and class.

The raid night then reads pull by pull: parses, deaths, interrupts, dispels, and an optimization score out of 10 that weighs enchants, flask, potions and food. The Players view lines everyone up over 30 days, 90 days or all time, and each member finds their own sheet.

WarcraftLogs questions

Does automatic sync work for Retail?

Not yet: on Retail, logs are imported by hand from their URL. Automatic sync works for the other games (Classic, Classic Era…).

Do my logs need to be public?

Yes. A private report cannot be read, and an anonymized log cannot be matched to players.

How are duplicates handled?

When two players log the same night, Vantus compares pulls and players: the duplicate is spotted and not counted. You can still count it anyway.

How is the optimization score computed?

Out of 10, from four criteria weighted enchants 3, flask 2, potions 2 and food 1 (8 points, scaled to 10). Anything the log can’t measure is left out rather than counted as zero.

Who sees performance data?

Officers see the whole guild. Each member sees their own sheet, in My performance.

Can I import past raid nights?

Yes, once the guild is linked: up to 20 nights at a time.

Is the recap posted to Discord automatically?

No: an officer previews it, then posts it in the notifications channel.
