The WoW raid sign-up bot for your Discord.

Your planners and compositions land in your channel. Players answer with buttons, without leaving Discord, and everything flows back into the app.

A Discord channel: the planner announcement, the reminder to players who haven’t signed up, the posted composition, then the tag.

Set up the bot in three steps

  1. Invite the bot

From Guild settings, Discord section. You need the “Manage Server” permission on Discord.

  2. Set language and channel

The bot speaks French or English. Pick the notifications channel, then send a test message.

  3. Publish your planners

From the raid, in the app: the planner goes to the linked channel. Sign-ups made on Discord flow into the app.

Everything runs from the planner.

In every raid, the Discord actions button gathers four actions, all posted in the raid’s linked channel.

And hands-off:sign-ups close at raid timenext week’s raid created and posted the following night

An interactive planner in the channel: everyone answers with the Present, Tentative, Bench or Absent buttons, and picks their character.

Your players don’t need to open the app.

One click on Present, pick the character, done. A player with no character creates one on the spot; the ⚙ button opens their characters, right in Discord. These replies are visible to them only.

  • Present, Tentative, Bench or Absent, in one click
  • Character created on the spot if needed
  • Their characters managed from Discord
  • Sign-ups close at raid time

A checklist, not a manual.

In the guild settings, the Discord section tells you what works and what’s missing: server connected, bot language, notifications channel, test message. When it’s all green, it says so: Everything works.

  • The bot reads no messages
  • Bot in French or English
  • Only channels it can post in are listed
  • A real test message to check

Your officers’ channel, kept up to date.

Every sign-up, every application, every publication or lock by an officer lands as a short notification in the channel you choose. Notifications are configurable: in the guild settings, you switch each type on or off.

  • Sign-ups, newcomers flagged
  • Raid or composition published
  • New applications
  • Configurable notifications, one by one

A raid bot that stays in its lane

Your raiders already live on Discord. The Vantus bot brings the raid there instead of asking them to open one more tab: the planner is posted in the channel you choose, players answer with buttons, and their sign-up flows into the app.

It’s built for WoW raid sign-ups and nothing else. It posts and updates its own messages, never reads yours and sends no direct messages. Personal replies, like picking a character, are visible only to the player who clicked. A player with no Vantus account can still sign up; if they aren’t in the guild yet, they land in the officers’ To review queue.

Officers stay in control: the composition goes out when you decide, reminders go out when you trigger them, to members who haven’t answered or to chosen Discord roles, and each notification type in the officers’ channel can be switched on or off.

Discord bot questions

Does the bot read our messages?

No. It has no access to message content: it posts and updates its own messages, that is all. You can remove it at any time.

Which permissions does the bot ask for?

View channels, send messages, embed links, attach files, read message history, use external emojis, add reactions and use commands. Nothing more.

Do my players need a Vantus account?

No: a server member can sign up from Discord without going through the app. If they are not in the guild yet, they land in Roster › To review.

Does the bot remind players on its own?

No: a reminder goes out when an officer triggers it, to guild members who haven’t signed up or to chosen Discord roles.

Does the bot send direct messages?

No. Everything happens in server channels; personal replies (picking a character, confirming) are only visible to the person who clicked.

Can players confirm their spot in the comp?

Yes, if the officer adds the Confirm and Decline buttons to the posted composition. A check or a cross then shows next to the name.

Can I keep Raid-Helper on the server?

Yes, they are two separate bots. Vantus sign-ups go through Vantus planners, in the app or with their Discord buttons. A Raid-Helper raidplan can also be the starting point of an MRT note.
