Raid attendance, tracked from sign-ups.

Every planner feeds the stats: who shows up, who sits on the bench, who’s absent and who never answers. Over 30, 60 or 90 days.

The officers’ Attendance page: guild averages, the members table, then the sheet of the player who misses the most.

Where the numbers come from

  1. Players answer

Present, Tentative, Bench or Absent, on the raid planner, from the app or Discord.

  2. You build the comp

Being placed in the composition counts as presence; coming without being placed counts as bench.

  3. Rates compute themselves

Every past raid counts: presence, bench, declared absence, or ghosting when the planner was left unanswered.

Every member sees their own numbers.

In My attendance, a member finds their four rates and the outcome of each raid. Officers see the whole guild and open any player’s sheet.

  • Presence, bench, absence and ghosting
  • History, raid by raid
  • A member view, an officer view

Ghosting shows before the raid.

An unanswered planner stays flagged in red in each member’s list. If it stays unanswered and the player isn’t placed, it counts as ghosting.

  • Unanswered planners stand out
  • Remind players on Discord
  • Ghosting rate per player

Attendance nobody has to keep

Keeping an attendance sheet means someone updates it after every raid, and arguments start the day it’s wrong. In Vantus, attendance comes out of what you already do.

Players answer the raid planner; you build the composition. Placed in the comp counts as presence, coming without being placed counts as bench, a declared absence counts as absence, and a planner left unanswered by a player who wasn’t placed counts as ghosting. Every past raid over 30, 60 or 90 days feeds the rates; “Other” planners, like a meeting, never count.

Officers see the whole guild in one table and open any player’s sheet, with their history raid by raid. Each member sees their own numbers in My attendance, so the talk about a bench spot starts from the same facts.

Attendance questions

How is the presence rate computed?

It is the share of raids with no declared absence and no ignored planner: placed in the composition, or on the bench.

What is ghosting?

The share of planners left unanswered, when the player was not placed in the composition.

Which raids are counted?

Raids already played over the chosen period (30, 60 or 90 days). “Other” planners (meetings, outings) never count.

Who sees attendance?

Each member sees their own in My attendance. Officers see the whole guild.

Do I enter attendance by hand?

No: everything comes from planner sign-ups and the composition. There is nothing to keep up to date.

Are players without an account counted?

Yes for presence, bench and absence. Ghosting does not apply to roster players without an account.
