Roster › To review: one application and two players who signed up from Discord. Kaelthys Rune is accepted as Raider.

Set up your guild

  1. Create the guild

A wizard walks you through it: Discord, ranks, rights, WarcraftLogs, invitation. Every step can be skipped.

  2. Share your guild page

A listing, the specs you’re looking for and your application form, behind a link to share.

  3. Sort arrivals

Applications and players who signed up from Discord land in To review: accept with a rank, pick-up or block.

A guild page that recruits for you.

Your public page presents the guild, the specs you need and a form you build: free text, choices, WarcraftLogs links, availability.

  • Listing and wanted specs
  • Custom application form
  • Guild link you can regenerate
  • New applications notified on Discord

Your ranks, your rules.

Name your ranks (2 to 10) and give each one a level: Member, Officer or Guild Master. The Features matrix then sets access, rank by rank.

  • Freely named ranks
  • Access per feature and per rank
  • Pick-ups: sign up without joining the guild
  • Blocked players, even on Discord

An application? Your channel knows.

With the Discord bot, every new application lands as a notification in the channel you choose, with a button to To review. A newcomer who signs up to a planner is flagged in the sign-up notification.

  • New applications notified
  • Newcomers flagged “to review”
  • Configurable notifications

Recruiting without chasing DMs

Recruitment usually happens everywhere at once: a forum post, a Discord DM, a friend of a friend who shows up to raid. Officers lose track of who applied and who’s just passing through.

Vantus gives your guild a public guild page with your listing, the specs you’re looking for and an application form you build: free text, choices, WarcraftLogs links, availability. Applications and players who sign up from Discord without being in the guild arrive in one queue, To review. From there you accept them with a rank, keep them as a pick-up who joins your raids without joining the guild, or block them.

Ranks are yours to name, 2 to 10 of them, each with a level, Member, Officer or Guild Master, and the Features matrix decides who can do what. Vantus works for Retail, Classic, Classic Era, Classic Anniversary and Forever guilds.

Guild management questions

How do I create a guild?

During the beta, creating a guild requires access, which you request on the Vantus Discord server. A wizard then walks you through the setup.

Which versions of World of Warcraft?

Retail, Classic, Classic Era, Classic Anniversary and Forever. Each guild belongs to one game.

What is a pick-up?

A player who signs up to your planners without joining the guild. They don’t see the guild in the app and can only sign up through Discord.

What happens when a stranger signs up from Discord?

Their sign-up counts, and they land in Roster › To review: you accept them with a rank, mark them as a pick-up, or block them.

Can I manage players without an account?

Yes: add them to the roster by hand, with their characters.

How many characters per player?

Up to 10, with main and off spec. They are managed in the app or from Discord.
